Welcome to ROOM 1, a room in a shared flat, where comfort meets style. This cosy space has a balcony facing the street. It is equipped with Smart TV, full wardrobe, desk, a large bed that fits 180 cm or two 90 cm beds, two bedside tables, minibar, and the option to include full linen service, offering comfort and practicality. In addition, the room is air-conditioned and heated. We also offer a unique experience with ample communal spaces. These are: - A large kitchen-dining room fully equipped and designed so that each resident has their own space and can enjoy it comfortably. - The living room, cosy and bright, has a large Smart TV and a games table ideal for leisure time. - The laundry room has a washing machine and an industrial tumble dryer. Our shared flat is located in the historic centre of a vibrant metropolis, opposite one of the city's oldest squares, Plaza de la Villa, and close to the Royal Palace, Almudena Cathedral, the Opera House, and the Reina Sofía School of Music.
