These documents must be presented during the communication phase on the platform. Booking Procedure: Administrative Fee Payment: Must be paid through the platform upon request. Covers all management costs for our clients. Standard Management Fee : Covers pre-arrival and post-checkout costs: assisted check-in, keys handover, contract registration and administration, assistance during stay, and assisted check-out. Must be paid in cash or by bank transfer during check-in. Note: This fee is separate from any HousingAnywhere fees. Advance Payment for July or August: If booking includes July or August, one of these months must be paid in advance via the platform. Payments (Deposit, Administrative Fee, and July/August Fee): Must be completed through the platform within 7 days of booking confirmation. Penalty applies for cancellation. Non-Refundable August Fee: The August fee is non-refundable in case of early check-out. Tax Code (Codice Fiscale): Must be requested and presented as soon as possible. Failure to provide it may result in booking cancellation. Instructions for obtaining the tax code will be provided with the contract. Additional Information: Linens, blankets, duvets, pillows, and towels are not provided. Apartments are as shown in photos or videos; furniture and layout cannot be changed. When utilities are not included, the cost depends on your consumption. The final bill will be sent to the apartment. Monthly contracts apply to all listings. Full rent for the entire month is due regardless of move-in/move-out dates. For example, if you move in on August 28, you must pay the full month's rent. Als je klaar bent om te huren, kun je het volgende doen:

- Als de verhuurder je huuraanvraag accepteert, innen we de betaling om je verblijf te bevestigen. Als ze dat niet doen, annuleren we je betaling automatisch.

Huurbescherming is onze service om je te helpen huren met een gerust gevoel. We houden alle betalingen vast die je via ons platform doet voor je intrek, inclusief de eerste maand huur en een eventuele borg. Na je aankomst heb je 48 uur de tijd om te controleren of de woning is zoals je had verwacht. We sturen je geld alleen naar de verhuurder als alles in orde is.
