THE DEPOSIT IS NEGOTIABLE (LOWER AMOUNT) FOR A PERIOD SHORTER THAN 3 MONTHS. The Lessor pays for a service of 2 hours general cleaning per month in the apartment, this service is for free, only if previously requested, for the tenants cause it's included in the price of the monthly rental. There is an extra service of cleaning (if the tenants request more hours of cleaning) available. The cost of the service is not included in the price of the monthly rental. The place is located in the heart of Kraków, just 1 minute walk from the tram/bus stop Hala Targowa. Daszyńskiego street is very close as well. There is a famous food market and a flea market in Hala Targowa. The place is very close to both the Jewish district and the Old Town. The main Hospital of Kraków and the most prestigious universities (Ignatianum academy, Jagiellonian University, UEK) are very close and reachable by walk. The shopping malls of Hala Targowa, Galeria Kazimierz and Galeria Krakowska are also very close to Łazarza street. Daszyńskiego street (just 1 minute walk from the place) is full of green and perfect for running. There are in the neighborhood table tennis (ping pong) areas, tennis courts, swimming pools and a gym. There is also a football field within 5 minutes walk. The area is famous for street food, small stores and shops and shops open 24 hours. The Lessor can help the tenants during registration to obtain a residence permit, the temporary residence and PESEL. Als je klaar bent om te huren, kun je het volgende doen:
