Als je binnen 24 uur na bevestiging annuleert: Volledige terugbetaling van de eerste maand huur.
Als je annuleert en je intrekdatum:
- meer dan 30 dagen in de toekomst ligt - Volledige restitutie van de eerste maand huur.
- tussen de 30 en 7 dagen in de toekomst ligt - 50% restitutie van de eerste maand huur.
- 7 dagen of minder in de toekomst ligt - Geen restitutie

Als je klaar bent om te huren, kun je het volgende doen:
