This property will be available two weeks from the date of booking. This 22.55 sqm private room with a balcony is located in a shared apartment. You will have a total of 39.95 sqm (private and shared spaces) to live comfortably in Magdeburg. All costs are included in the monthly rent and facility support is included in our services. This private room is a great opportunity for international students and young professionals who want to save money on rent. High-speed internet is also available. Note: - Liability insurance is mandatory (You can make a contract with our partner via our App, or have a contract with any other insurance company) - The property is located on the 2nd floor and elevator is available. - Please familiarize yourself with the German house rules (Hausordnung) before applying for the property. - All payments including the deposit should be initiated before the handover appointment. However if you do happen to find any major differences, we are more than willing to refund you with first rent through HA, and deposit immediately.
