Situated within walking distance to the city center and the beach, you'll also find supermarkets, restaurants, and bars nearby. Public transportation options, including buses and the metro, are conveniently located just steps away. The vibrant Plaza de la Merced is a leisurely half-hour stroll, while the beautiful Huelin beach is approximately 1200m away, and the bustling port of Málaga is just 1.5 km. For a day of shopping, the Larios shopping center is a mere 700m away, and the Vialia shopping center at the train station is a short 600m walk. Located on a pedestrian street, you'll enjoy peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of traffic noise. The studio boasts 40m2 of space, fully equipped with modern amenities including a Smart TV, WiFi, a bathroom with a shower, and a complete kitchen with an oven/microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, and air conditioning. Please note: - Apartment cleaning service is provided, however, please note that cleaning of kitchen equipment is not included. - Utility bills up to €150 are covered as part of your stay. - Should you require a crib, there is an additional cost of €5 per day. - Our baby kit, inclusive of a crib, bath, and high chair, is available for €10 per day. - Check-in time is between 3:00 pm and 9:00 pm. For late arrivals after 9:00 pm we offer two convenient options: - Either collect the keys from our office at no extra charge - Or arrange for a meet-up at the apartment, with an additional fee of €50 payable upon arrival. Hoe boek ik deze woning
Als je een woning hebt gevonden die je leuk vindt, is het vrij eenvoudig om te boeken. Zowel de huurder als de verhuurder moeten dit bevestigen voordat de boeking kan worden voltooid. Het werkt als volgt:
