Next to the common areas is the magnificent master bedroom and a spacious bathroom. This 51m2 flat is located in the north of Madrid. It has a bedroom with a bed and a wardrobe. There is a bathroom with a toilet and shower. The flat has a living/dining room which has a sofa and a dining table. Spacious apartment located in the Malasaña-Universidad district, a few metro stops from universities such as Comillas or Nebrija , as well as exploring the center. In its surroundings we can have different places that can meet our needs such as; shops, supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies among others. Its location is well connected to the center of the capital, especially with Gran Vía and Plaza España, emblematic places of the city of Madrid. The public transport available are: *Metro line 2 (Noviciate) and transfers to lines 3 and 10 that connect with Plaza España.* As for the buses, *the line 147 stop is 450* (5 minutes on foot) meters away, it runs from Callao to the Barrio del Pilar, passing through the most central streets of the city.
