Situated between the ground floor and the first floor, this cozy room offers comfort and convenience. The room is separated from the rest of the shared duplex, which spans the second and third floors. With a total of five flatmates, you'll enjoy a friendly atmosphere with ample privacy. The second floor features three private bedrooms and a convenient shower room with toilets. On the third floor, you'll find the communal spaces, including a spacious living room, kitchen, and another bathroom with toilets. One final flatmate resides on the fourth floor. While we encourage responsible usage of heating and water, all utilities are fixed, including water and electricity (including heating), as well as access to the washing machine, dryer, weekly cleaning service of shared spaces, and high-speed internet. The house is located in a tranquil street, well-connected with nearby tram and bus stops, and a beautiful park is just a short stroll away.
