Two guests can sleep in the double room and one more on the sofa bed in the living room. The apartment is divided into a living area with a sofa bed and television, a well-equipped and totally independent kitchen-dining room, a complete bathroom with a comfortable and modern shower, and a bedroom with two single beds that can be joined together to form one double bed. In this room there is a closet with enough space to put the clothes of 3 people. It is a warm and welcoming space, used and oriented for a wonderful vacation or a comfortable business stay. The apartment has air-conditioning and heating. The building has an elevator. There is public parking 200 meters away. Parties and events are totally prohibited. Not respecting our regulations, making noise at night, will imply the eviction of the apartment and the loss of the deposit. Entry is via electronic lock.
