The fully furnished terrace is the perfect place to rest and relax. Here you can enjoy a coffee in the morning or a drink with friends during the sunny days of Barcelona. The night area has a double bedroom and closet. There is also a room equipped as a studio, ideal for studying or working at home. The apartment has air conditioning, heating and wifi. The location is perfect, it is an exclusive and very quiet residential area. In the surroundings you can find restaurants and all kinds of services and stores such as pharmacies, supermarkets, hospitals, schools, cinemas, etc.. Also, important educational institutions such as the Barcelona campus of La Salle, or the ESIC business school, among others. All these are very close to the apartment and it is very easy to access on foot. A 4-minute walk away is the "Muntaner" station, which connects with the city center in a few minutes and with the upper area of the city. In addition, in Via Agusta, there are several bus stops that also connect perfectly with the whole city.
