It sleeps up to 5 guests and is perfect for families and business travelers. The apartment is renovated and has everything you need to make your stay perfect. It has a spacious living room with a dining table and a comfortable sofa. The kitchen is completely equipped.The main bedroom has a (hidden) double bed and the second bedroom has two 1.90x90 single bunk beds. It also has two full bathrooms, both complete en suite. The apartment is interior, and is located on the second floor. Although it has an elevator, it is not accessible, it has numerous stairs to access. Finally, the apartment also has: heating, WiFi, hair dryer, sheets, towels, etc. This apartment is not a touristic apartment, so it is not rented for touristic purposes. It is only rented for seasonal rentals for work, studies, etc. The tenant will need to sign a seasonal rental contract, which will be provided before accessing the apartment. This contract will mainly reflect the conditions agreed upon in the reservation, the reason for the rental (it cannot be for vacation or tourist reasons), and the prohibition of subletting and of carrying out works.
