The house, which opens directly onto the street, is located on a cobblestone street with exclusively pedestrian access - the nearest car access is about 80 meters away. - Living Room A small and cozy living area with a sofa and TV. - Kitchenette In an open space with the living room, it is equipped with an induction hob, oven, refrigerator, washing machine and coffee machine (coffee not included). - Bathroom Bathroom with a shower. - Bedrooms On the upper floor, accessed by stairs (note that the stairs do not have side railings), you'll find two bedrooms. One with a double bed (140 cm x 200 cm) and another with a queen-size bed (160 cm x 200 cm) and a work desk, ideal for remote workers. Additional Information: → The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. → Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. → The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. → Check-in time starts from 16:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided. → We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information. → Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table. → During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied. → The property is equipped with noise decibel monitoring sensors. This system performs advanced analysis while ensuring the privacy of our guests, as no cameras are used, and no sound is recorded. Only noise levels are measured, thus guaranteeing the tranquility and comfort of everyone during their stay. → Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee. → Monthly consumptions are included up to €150. → City Tax will be charged according to the law.
