🏡 Ilda's Home is a spacious villa with a garden, ideal for large groups and large families in the city of Porto, close to Estádio do Dragão and within easy reach of the city center. It is a very well-equipped family home and is located on the street of the Soares dos Reis Artistic School, with plenty of space to park the car at no cost. The space Ilda's Home is a two-storey house with a maximum capacity for 12 people, with four bedrooms (two double bedrooms, two others with two single beds each). The villa has two bathrooms with shower and two living/dining rooms, one of which has a double sofa bed. On the lower floor there is a kitchen, while the upper floor has an open space kitchen inserted in the living room. Both are equipped, including with an oven and dishwasher. The apartment also has two washing machines, as well as irons and ironing boards. Bed linen, towels and shampoo are included in the stay. We can provide a bed, bath and baby chair if requested. Air conditioning and the fireplace provide heating for the house. TV and Wifi Internet service available and free of charge. The house has a balcony on the second floor and a terrace with a garden on the first. Access from the street is via stairs through the building's main entrance. Electricity bills included up to 200 euros and water bills included up to 100 euros. Weekly cleaning included. Guest access Guests have full access to all areas of the apartment (except closed storage areas) and amenities including towels and bed linen. Free Wifi is available on all areas of the apartment. Other things to note The accommodation is located in a residential area, we ask that you follow the rules and do not make noise during the night between 10 pm and 8 am.
