It is located on the first floor of a two-storey building without a lift and is located in the ancient district of San Frediano, Oltrarno which is the neighborhood of Florence still very much lived in by Florentine residents. Nearby there are monuments, gardens, museums and monumental buildings unique in the world such as Palazzo Pitti, the Basilica of Santo Spirito, the Boboli Gardens together with the workshops of artisans, goldsmiths and restorers that make the San Frediano - Oltrarno - area the of Florence where many residents still live there and where the true Renaissance spirit of the city can be felt in the narrow streets. This lovely apartment decorated with Italian taste and warmth is equipped with antique terracotta floors characteristic of the area and pink walls for a warm and welcoming atmosphere. We can also find in this rustic accommodation a double bedroom with a Florentine style wrought iron bed, a dining room with a 90x90 table, a solid wood sideboard, a fully equipped kitchenette and a small living room with a beamed ceiling and exposed terracotta tiles in the which we find a comfortable sofa bed and a TV capable of making your holiday a truly unforgettable experience. The living room with sofa bed can accommodate up to 4 people. The TV has Netflix and Prime video streaming so you can have relaxing moments at home. The bathroom with walls decorated in Italian style with a unique Florentine style and a shower cabin is very spacious so as to give you well-deserved relaxation after a long walk through the streets of that magnificent city that is Florence. Toilet and bidet. The dining room is equipped with everything to be able to entertain or invite guests for a convivial meal. The kitchen is equipped with everything for cooking. I have tried to make everything comfortable and thinking of the smallest details for you.
