With a privileged location, you can enjoy stunning views and the convenience of proximity to public transport. To access the apartment it is necessary to climb a flight of 20 steps. The apartment shares an entrance with a restaurant on the floor above. → Bedrooms The apartment has two bedrooms. One with two single beds and opening onto the balcony; another, interior (no windows) with queen-sized bed and en suite bathroom (with shower). Both have air conditioning. → Living/Dining room Spacious and bright living room with a comfortable sofa-bed, TV, air conditioning and dining table. → Bathroom A modern bathroom with shower. → Kitchen A large kitchen equipped with microwave, oven, grill, stove, fridge, washing and dryer machine, dishwasher and coffee machine (coffee not included) → Balcony A delightful balcony overlooking the Douro pier, with a living and dining area, as well as a wood-burning barbecue, so you can enjoy the mild climate in the best way! Additional Information: → The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. → Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. → The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. → Check-in time starts at 16:00. Only one set of keys will be provided. → We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information. → Check-out must be done until 11am.
