The apartment is located on the first floor of the building (real second floor). There are two double bedrooms and one single room with two large full bathrooms, A.C and ceiling fan on each room. The windows have been restored including the double glazing system to improve acoustic conditions; the kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances. It combines all the luxury features of an old restored and modern building with one of the most emblematic areas in the heart of Barcelona, 5 minutes from the beautiful square of Sant Pere and the Palau de la Música Catalana. And also very close to other tourist places such as Ciutadella Park, the Santa Caterina market, and of course the beach. The closest metro stop are Jaume I (L4) and Urquinaona (L1 and L4) you can also find other transport options such as buses and bicing. RENTAL CONDITION: 1 - We use the bi-weekly/ fortnightly contract: What does this mean? If you want to move-in the first part of the month (1 to 14), you will pay the entire monthly rent; If you want to move-in the second part of the month (15 to 31), you will pay only half month rent; If you want to check-out in the first part of the month (1 -14) you will only pay half of the month; If you want to check-out in the second part of the month (15 -31) you will only pay the entire monthly rent; 2 - Check-in service is for free during working hours: from 9 to 18 from Monday to Friday. Check-in outside working hours would be only possible depending on our availability and you will be charged 85euro + IVA for the service. Als je binnen 24 uur na bevestiging annuleert: Volledige terugbetaling van de eerste maand huur.
Als je annuleert en je intrekdatum:
- meer dan 30 dagen in de toekomst ligt - Volledige restitutie van de eerste maand huur.
- tussen de 30 en 7 dagen in de toekomst ligt - 50% restitutie van de eerste maand huur.
- 7 dagen of minder in de toekomst ligt - Geen restitutie

Als je klaar bent om te huren, kun je het volgende doen:
