This promenade is famous for its wide sidewalks full of bars and restaurants. The house has 75 square meters of surface, very well distributed among all the spaces that make up the house. Its living room is very cozy thanks to its excellent sofa and its decoration . The dining room is our favorite space on the floor, since it has a lot of natural light and connects to the balcony. The kitchen is office type and is fully equipped with appliances and kitchen utensils. The apartment has a single bedroom with a double bed and its own wardrobe. Finally, the property also has air conditioning , heating, fiber optics, washer and dryer. The nearest metro stations are Tetuán and Arc de Triomf, although Rodalies trains can be taken at Arc de Triomf station.
