Residencial Plazamar, comprising several buildings, hosts a seasonal summer pool located outside the buildings, across the street, and subject to community regulations. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for a pleasant vacation, and the apartment has air conditioning in both the living-dining room and the bedroom. Its privileged location allows you to relax on the beach without the need for a car, as it is less than 150 meters from the beach and close to the center of Torre del Mar. Surrounded by services, supermarkets, various shops, and a variety of restaurants to satisfy all tastes. Along the Paseo Marítimo, enjoy beach bars offering delicious sardine skewers. This apartment is ideal for stays in both winter and summer, thanks to the exceptional climate of Torre del Mar.
