Our accommodation is not a hotel but an apartment with character designed to offer you a great experience: - Located in the heart of Blagnac (IUT / shopping center district), the apartment is located in the heart of a family residence, parking is free and free in the adjacent streets. - A friendly living room with table and chairs, sofa, coffee table and 44’’ high-speed wifi television (400 Mb/s fiber), air conditioning. - A fully equipped kitchen with a fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, induction hob, kettle, kitchen utensils, pots and pans, Nespresso coffee maker (pods not provided), dishwasher (tablets not provided) ) and washing machine (detergent not provided). - A warm bedroom with a high double bed (140x200cm), beautiful storage spaces, a chest of drawers, 44" connected television. - A neat bathroom with a beautiful walk-in shower (the slope of which is low given the location of the apartment, so you have to accept that the water drains slowly), a large basin, some storage. - A pleasant synthetic grass garden with its 2-seater Jacuzzi, garden furniture and barbecue (which must be cleaned after each use by you). Enjoy the tranquility of a relaxation area in the heart of the aeronautics capitol! The entire apartment is heated in winter (19° maximum in the room) and air-conditioned in summer (20° maximum). Passenger access You can enjoy the entire accommodation for the duration of your stay. Although renovated and regularly maintained, the apartment has elements of the old one (a few defects in places, long shower flow due to a lack of slope, etc.) and the maintenance of the garden, in particular the responsibility of all our guests, specially the jacuzzi and the barbecue. Despite the formal ban on smoking, a residual smell of tobacco is present, please respect this ban for the comfort and respect of all. Hoe huur je deze woning
Als je klaar bent om te huren, kun je het volgende doen:
