Our accommodation is not a hotel, but a character apartment designed to offer you a wonderful experience: - A bright 80 m2 apartment overlooking a quiet courtyard, with a view over the rooftops of Toulouse. - Located on the 3rd and top floor (no elevator) of an old building in the heart of the Carmes district. - Fully equipped, bed linen and towels provided. - All amenities are within easy reach at the foot of the building. The accommodation, in more detail: You will appreciate my accommodation for its location, decoration and character, it can accommodate up to 4 people who know each other well :) To make the most of your stay, you'll have at your disposal: - A convivial living-dining room with table and chairs, sofa, armchairs, coffee table, 55'' 4k connected TV with Netflix access included in the Living Room and 8K Netflix TV included in the bedroom... just like at the movies, Freebox TV..., high-speed wifi (400 Mb/s fiber), triple air conditioning and Velux windows for plenty of light. - A fully-equipped kitchen with an American fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, electric kettle, toaster, kitchen utensils, pots and pans and a real Coffee Bar for tasting different caffeine flavors: Barista Max by Breville for your espresso or Americano, Dripper V60, for a smooth, aromatic coffee, TimeMore Grinder, brewista kettle for induction, scales, filters. Coffee maker with an integrated grinder, and of course a Nespresso capsule machine.... And coffee! - A large bedroom with Queen Size bed, ample closet space, connected Qlek 65" 8k TV (Netflix included), small desk, and air conditioning. - A well-appointed bathroom with a large walk-in shower, a large double sink, and storage space. Hoe huur je deze woning
Als je klaar bent om te huren, kun je het volgende doen:
- Selecteer je datums om de beschikbaarheid te controleren.

We houden alle betalingen vast die je via ons platform doet voor je intrek, inclusief de eerste maand huur en een eventuele borg. Na je aankomst heb je 48 uur de tijd om te controleren of de woning is zoals je had verwacht. We sturen je geld alleen naar de verhuurder als alles in orde is.
