The first, elevated floor, 100 m2 apartement exceeds standard acommodation, and offers comfortable stay for 4 persons, preferably foreign exchange students. It is located just 2,8 km from the very centre of the city of Ljubljana (The three bridges), which can be reached in some 25 minutes on foot (light walk), or in 10-15 minutes by city bus, or in 10 minutes by bicycle or in some 5 minutes by taxi. The City centre offers quite a number of open space and covered car parks. The house is situated in Zelena jama region, in a very quiet and calm area, surrounded with private houses and greenery only. The apartement is fully equipped with everything, needed for pleasant staying - fridge, stove, iron, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, vacuum cleaner, flat 65 ̋ and 43 ̋ ̋ LCD TV ́s, optically connected with optical cable TV and Internet provider. There are 4 rooms - 4 beds available in the apartment, there are also, bathroom, toilette and 2 quite big balconies, one of them including a smaller table and two chairs. Following a special agreement, guests can park their bicycles at the covered area at the back of the house. Cars can be parked on the street, in front of the house. The apartement includes four single-bed rooms. All are equipped with small writing desks, wardrobes, chairs and suitable lighting. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances: cooker, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, electric grill, mixer, blender and water-boiler. Kitchen utensils, pots, pans, plates, glasses, cups and kitchen napkins included. In biggest of the rooms, there is a 65 ̋ LCD TV set and in dining room, there is 43 ̋ LCD TV. There is a big dining table with 6 chairs in the dining section. The living area (kitchen/dining section) is also air conditioned. All four rooms/beds are equipped with two sets of bed clothes. High-speed Wi-Fi internet connection via optic cable (1000/200 Mbit/s !) is available 24/7, and is fully included in the rent price. The bathroom includes separate shower and bathtub, washbasin, cupboard, and washing machine. There is a separate toilet equipped with a wardrobe cabinet and sink. The apartement is located in middle story of a three-story private house, in which the owners also live and work. It can be reached through staircase, which is shared by all the occupants. In distances between 350 and 800 metres, there are five city bicycle stations Bicike(lj), and Ljubljana city bus stations for lines No. 2, 7, 9, 11, 12, 20, 22, 24, 25 and 27. Price per person, per month, for bed in a single-bed room : 250 EUR + 300 EUR monthly costs, in total 550 EUR, covered by lease-contract. Security deposit in the amount of 550 EUR, per person, is obligatory. All payments preferable over PayPal. The minimum rental/stay period is 4 months.
