💢💢💢 The Saudade Micro Loft M is a lovely studio and the largest of our 3 (hidden) located in the narrowest building in Lisbon, in this apartment you can spend a pleasant stay during your stay in Lisbon, it truly represents the concept of tiny house and minimalist lifestyle. The building has a privileged history in the city of Lisbon. Located in one of the trendiest Lisbon neighbourhood with lots of trendy restaurants, cafés and bars. It will be an unique experience! The space Please be aware that it is a small apartment with little storage space, ideal for short stays to visit Lisbon. Apartment size: 20 M2, located on the ground floor. Bed : 140cm x 190cm Windows: The windows have mirrored films that allow no visibility into the apartment for those who pass by in the street. AC that heats and cool that apartment. Water Heater The apartment is equipped with a 80 liters water heater so the use of hit water in the kitchen and bathroom as to be conscious. If the hot water runs out it can take up to 2/3 hours to heat up the 80 liters of water. The cleaning fee of the apartment also includes laundry Please do not use simultaneously all electronic appliances, such as toasters, kettles, hobs, stoves, as this will bring down the electrical panel. If you're cooking, turn on one appliance at a time, because with the air conditioner and water heater on, the electrical panel don ́t handle so many appliances on. Guest access Guests will have full access to the entire apartment. Other things to note - Dear guest, your booking responsibility: We kindly ask all guests to carefully read and understand the apartment configuration and the house rules, as well as our listing, before making a reservation. - Amenities and Consumables: Guests can expected to find in the apartment the equipment, amenities, and consumables mentioned in the listing. Please bring any extra consumables that you think you will need and are not listed. - The cleaning fee includes the cleaning of the apartment also the laundry, done by a professional company. - The Micro Loft has no private parking, to park your car you have appropriate places on the street and it is paid in the parking meter, from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, you are only allowed to be parked for 4 hours in the same place. Saturday and Sunday parking is free. - We are sorry but it is not allowed to leave luggage in the apartment before check-in and after check-out because we do not have a place to store luggage, thanks for your understanding. - Please do not flush the wipes down the toilet because it clogs the pipes, throw them in the bin. - We cannot be held accountable for the consequences of the misuse of electrical equipment, balconies, windows, handrails, stairs and any other hazardous areas. - We are not responsible for any theft or forgetting goods, which occur inside the apartment. Public transport: We are located in Lisbon center so parking on the street is not easy and it's paid. The best way to explore our beautiful city is on foot or by public transportation. Located in Santos-o-Velho, one of the most well-known neighbourhoods, and just 2 minutes away from the iconic Estrela Church (“Basilica da Estrela”). Ideal neighbourhood for people who want to live the experience of a trendy neighbourhood with good restaurants, coffee shops, entertainment venues, traditional shops, gardens and cultural spaces. There is an underground paid car parking just 650m from our apartment. Parking on the street is also an option but it's also paid parking. Getting around HOW TO GET TO THE APARTMENT FROM LISBON AIRPORT: By car it's a 18-minute drive so we recommend guests to grab a Ta(hidden) Uber at the airport. PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION You can grab the METRO at the airport (red line - 20min ride) to S. Sebastião , grab the BUS No 713 Estação Campolide (22min ride - 17 stops) then you just walk a few meters to get to the apartment, in total it's a 1hour ride. If you really want to avoid the bus and come only by METRO you can grab at the airport the subway Red Line to ALAMEDA and then switch to the Green Line to CAIS DO SODRÉ. From there you will need to walk 1,4 kms (18min walk) to our building, it's a pleasant walk that will help you get to know the area and find some good restaurants in the Cais do Sodré and Santos-o-Velho area. Valid on the entire Carris and Metro network for an unlimited number of trips for 60 minutes, counted between the first and the last entry validation. It does not allow consecutive uses on the Metro. If you plan on using the metro, buses or trams several times during your stay we recommend to get the rechargeable card called VIVA VIAGEM. HOW TO GET AROUND: The famous tram No28 stops a few meters away, so you can discover the beautiful Lisbon in it's most authentic transport. Several buses stops nearby and the Santos-o-Velho train station is within walking distance from the apartment. Cais do Sodré subway station is less the 18min walk from the apartment. There are also bikes and scooter to rent (via Lime and Uber app) by Santos-o-Velho garden (Jardim Nuno Alvares), located just 7min from the apartment. BY CAR If you are traveling to Lisbon by car, it's possible to park on the street but it's paid parking with parking meter, paid from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, on Weekends it's free. You can also get the app Via Verde Estacionar to pay remotely without having to go to the car to get a new ticket. The closest parking is an underground parking, located 650m from our building (4min drive). It's called "Estacionamento Vitorino Damasio" it's located at Largo Vitorino Damasio (hidden) Lisboa Please be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform.
