Electricity consumption is included up to 70€ per month, excess electricity consumption will be charged to the tenant. The flat is located in the historic centre of Valencia, in the most beautiful square of the city, where you will find many of Valencia's tourist attractions within walking distance: the Cathedral, the Town Hall Square, the Central Market, the Lonja de la Seda, the Estación del Norte, the Plaza Redonda, the Tapineria market, etc. In the Plaza de la Reina itself, you will find cafés, restaurants with large open-air terraces, ice-cream parlours, craft shops and lots of neighbourhood shops. Being right in the centre, you will be perfectly connected by public transport, and in the Plaza itself you will have bus, taxi and tourist bus services.
