A fee of €5 per wash (for electricity consumption) will be charged. 5. PRICING - The prices on this website are set for a minimum 30 days stay. Obviously, you can stay a shorter period, but the daily price cannot be 1/30 of the monthly pirice. Please ask an estimate before you book a period shorter than 30 days It will be about € 100 (or more), depending on the season and lenght of the stay - For bookings of several months, you can terminate the contract earlier with at least 1 month's notice. A shorter notice period will result in deposit retention; If you will need a legal registered contract the price will be 10% more; 6. PAYMENT - Electricity fee (€75 per month), internet, and other building costs are paid at check-in and at the beginning of each rental month. - The electricity fee is an advance payment. Due to recent increases in energy costs, a flat rate cannot be established. We will read the electricity meter together at check-in, and you will have an allowance of 150 kWh per month included in the fee. Any excess consumption will be charged at €0.50 per kWh. - Cleaning fee (€40) for fresh sheets/towels is a one-time payment at check-in. - A €800 deposit ensures the proper use of the apartment's furniture. It will be fully refunded via bank transfer after departure and inspection of the studio. - Other building costs (€90) are paid at check-in and at the beginning of each rental month.
