The apartment consists of two double bedrooms, a living room with TV, dining area and balcony, a kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher, and a bathroom with shower. WiFi is available throughout the apartment. Each room is equipped with a lock with a personal key. It takes 16 minutes to reach IULM University by bus. In 20 minutes you can reach the New Academy of Fine Arts (NABA). In 27 minutes, always with line 91, you can reach the Bocconi University. Monthly rates: • 1.450,00€/month for rent; • 200,00€/month for building fees; • 250,00€/month for utilities (heating, water, electricity, gas); • 100,00€/month for one mandatory cleaning service per month of the common areas (kitchen, bathroom, balconies); Total of monthly cost: 2.000,00€. Hoe boek ik deze woning
Als je een woning hebt gevonden die je leuk vindt, is het vrij eenvoudig om te boeken. Zowel de huurder als de verhuurder moeten dit bevestigen voordat de boeking kan worden voltooid. Het werkt als volgt:
- Selecteer je datums om de beschikbaarheid te controleren.
