Well connected to public transport, with several bus and metro stops (“Aragon Metro Station”, and “Amistat-Casa de Salud Metro Station”) within walking distance, this makes it easy to get around Valencia and explore the city's many attractions. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. It has a DOUBLE BED, a large closet, HD TV, high-speed internet connection, air conditioning (hot and cold), a living room with a sofa, dining table and chairs, and a kitchen area with appliances, including an oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, induction hob and washing machine. The bathroom has a shower. The neighborhood is a QUIET AREA and SECURE, with a young atmosphere, surrounded by shops, restaurants and supermarkets. 🔸We deliver the keys from Monday to Friday (not on public holidays) between 9:00 and 19:00 (preferably in the morning). Outside of these hours, on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays a charge of €30 will be made, which must be paid in cash upon delivery of the keys. 🔸Bills are included up to 50 euro. 🔸Important Information: Upon arrival of the tenant, payment will be made for the prorated days of the month.
