Explore the town's rich history or relax in style - your adventure in Cascais starts here! - Building The apartment is located in the top-floor of a completely renovated villa and has private access (exclusive use of the property is available upon inquiry). Access is via stairs (2nd floor). - Bedrooms It has 3 bedrooms: one suite with a queen-size bed and two bedrooms with two single beds each. All equipped with air conditioning. - Bathrooms The apartment features 2 bathrooms with showers, one of which is ensuite. - Living Room The living room features an inviting sofa and TV, as well as a double-sided fireplace. - Dining Room With a table that comfortably accommodates 6 people, enjoy the warmth of the fireplace and the natural charm of the space. - Kitchen In an open space with the living room, it is fully equipped with a stove, oven, dishwasher, washer/dryer refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker (coffee not included). Other information: → City Tax will also be charged according to the law. This Tax will only be applied for the first 7 nights. → The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. → Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. → The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. → Check-in time starts from 17:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided. → We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information. → Check-out must be done until 11am.
