A large larder provides space for essentials such as a freezer, provisions, wood for the oven and other things. The apartment has two large separate bedrooms. which face east and, like the terrace, receive the morning sunshine. The master bedroom has a large king size bed and a desk. On entering through the front door, you will find beautiful stone tiles in the hall and bathroom. Two Underground stops will take you to the UFA-Fabrik, a cultural oasis with performance art, concerts and entertainment. The famous ‘Bergmannkiez’ (the fashionable area of Kreuzberg) is a mere 10-15 minutes trip by Underground on the U6 or by bicycle. The tenant is responsible of paying these fines. We strongly recommend a regular cleaning service and maintenance of the apartment. At the end of your tenancy there is a final cleaning fee due. We charge for a regular final cleaning (incl. 3 hours): 140,00€, every additional hour costs 45,00€ in case that the apartment require an extensive cleaning work...
