It is accessed by a separate staircase from the flat. A real little cocoon, you'll sleep comfortably under the roofs of Montpellier. The bedding is of excellent quality. Large double bed in the bedroom. Sofa bed in the living room. It has a mattress topper. So 4 people can sleep here without any problem, in complete independence and privacy.... The duplex has all the modern conveniences, such as reversible air conditioning in all rooms, Wi-Fi and an armoured door with 3-point lock. Double glazing for optimum comfort. Plenty of storage space in the flat. Travellers have access to the entire flat and all its options. Located in the heart of the city centre, in the heart of the "écusson", close to Place St Roch. You'll love its charming, characterful and modern interiors. To get around: tramway, taxis, vélomagg, car parks 3 minutes away. Close to St Roch church, you'll enjoy all the advantages of the town centre, with its lively streets (bars, restaurants, shops) and the beauty of its buildings (Place St Roch, Place St Anne...). Buildings in the historic centre have no lift. Paid public car park required. Underground public car parks in the "comédie", "triangle" and "polygone" car parks.
