Easy communication with public transport to all parts of Warsaw (close metro, many buses and trams). Very well communicated with schools and universities, for instance Vistula, SGH, WUT (Warsaw University of Technology), SGGW, Lazarski University, Warsaw University and other schools. There are several parks nearby with weekly events like Targ Śniadaniowy (public picnic for foodies called Breakfast Market) each Sunday from spring till mid-autumn. Upper Mokotów is a green and prestigious part of Warsaw excellently communicated, just minutes drive to center. The building is surrounded by the garden with a fish pond where you can relax. Please note, that as in any shared flat it is important that all flatmates participate in maintaining cleanliness and respect the other person's right to resting at home. Therefore people do not make noise here, clean after themselves and keep clean shared parts of the flat. We particularly invite these people who wish to stay in a quiet and clean home. We don't make any parties in the house as Warsaw has many places to offer where you can meet friends - and have accommodation which truly allows you to rest or study here.
