In the video uploaded , you can see the previous situation, when room 1 was occupied by me, now, is changed, tenant will be alone, nobody else will be in the apartment, just the tenant! Unfortunately, a renovation of the building is going on, outside facade painting and roof change. There will be change of the windows of the apartment.
