It has a low entrance, you have to be careful with your head. The second apartment includes: attic double room (there are areas that are low), open living room, kitchen and dining room, and full bathroom and terrace. Sofa bed in living room Located in the upper part of the beautiful town of Colindres, with good access without having to enter Colindres. Ideal for traveling by car around the area, since there is easy parking around the house. Relatives of the owners live in the building on the first floor. Parties or events are not allowed. Pets are not allowed. The rules of coexistence with the rest of the neighbors must be respected. Please note: - The amount of the deposit depends on the intended length of stay. 1- 4 months will total a 600€ deposit.
