The living room includes a TV, and the kitchen is fully furnished and comes equipped with a dishwasher and a washing machine. The building also has a lift for easy access. Room: This lovely room is fully furnished and features a dedicated working area complete with a desk, chair and a lamp. It also includes a spacious wardrobe, a bedside table with an accompanying lamp and a mirror. The room boasts a comfortable double bed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length. Additionally, this bedroom is an ensuite, offering the luxury of a private bathroom for your exclusive use. As a disclaimer we want to inform you that the flat comes furnished as shown in pictures or with equivalent replacements. Others: - The rent includes 35€/per person of included bills (extras will be deducted from the security deposit). - A weekly cleaning of the common areas is also included in the rent. - The rooms come as shown in the pictures or with the equivalent replacements.
