It's located in the peaceful residential neighborhood of Gracia, just a few minutes from several beautiful parks, such as Parc del Guinardó, Parc de les Aigues and the famous Park Guell. You will also be a short walk from the picturesque plazas of Gracia, full of fantastic restaurants and bars in which to have a drink with friends, as well as the Sagrada Familia, one of the most emblematic monuments of Barcelona. Art lovers will enjoy the proximity of Hospital Sant Pau, known for its gorgeous Modernist architecture. The nearby Alfons X metro station provides direct access to el Born and Barceloneta beach. The apartment features a lovely living room with a comfortable couch facing a TV and a wooden table for 4. We love the carefully chosen decorations, the paintings of rustic jugs on the walls, the potted plants and small collectibles, which add a personal touch to the design. The living room opens to a balcony, furnished with a small table and 2 chairs, the perfect breakfast nook.
