After a massive success with our first Tesla house, this year we decided to open a brand new Erasmus student dorm house only a few blocks away from Tesla house and in a mile radius there are more than few major universities. There is a convenience store close by and a bit further even a big shopping mall. The main city bus line and bus stop is on the same street as the house, so you will have no trouble getting around. This house has 3 floors with 24 cozy and bright (fully furnished) rooms, 3 fully equipped kitchens with dining and socialising areas one on each floor, plenty of bathrooms and toilets and even a jacuzzi. The house has a massive private garden with lots of greenery for barbeque or sunbathing and even a big terrace to enjoy morning coffee in the sun or maybe evening drinks with housemates. All the floors are accessible to all residents by the main staircase and so all the amenities are at your disposal, allthought each floor is a self sufficient unit with everything one might need for a comfortable living. Second Floor: On the second floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven and of course plenty of storage space for kitchen items and food. There is separate dining area with tables and chairs and some more storage space for various items. There is a bathroom with shower and a washing machine. On the second floor there are six single bed rooms altogether. Although the floor is basically self sufficient all other amenities across the house are at residents disposal as well, and are accessible by staircase connecting all three floors. Room is a bright, single bed bedroom on the second floor of the house. It has approx 7 m2 of floor surface. It is fully furnished with a single bed, closet, desk with light, chair and a night stand with light. This room has a roof window with a wonderful view of the sky.
