It features a separated bathroom and a modest kitchen. Also the bedroom is detached, though it has no door. The apartment has plenty of storage space and is equipped with basic cooking utensils, crockery and cleaning tools. The property also includes a cellar compartment in (hidden)ment. The house is situated in "Prater Cottage" - a small area combining both: central location and the quiet setting of Vienna's most famous recreational area. It's a 15 minutes stroll away from WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business). There is a bus stop right in front of the building and in 10 minutes you can walk to the three subway lines nearby. University of Vienna is reached by tram without transfer in about 20 minutes, to the Vienna International Center it’s half an hour on public transport or about 15 minutes on Vienna’s first and new bicycle highway. Water and heating are included. Electricity is billed separately according to individual consumption. The apartment also features a washing machine. You may use the building's bike storage room. As most people use some sort of mobile data plan, a fixed internet connection is not established yet, but would be easy to setup. The monthly rent is 635 €.
