Every piece of furniture has its due place, and the kitchen and bathroom are comprehensively equipped and spacious. From microwave and stand mixer to vacuum cleaner and pull-out sofa bed – what you need to live, you will find. The bedroom can be separated from the living room thanks to the high-quality sliding doors, and the built-in wardrobes offer storage space and blend in well with the room's appearance. Especially practical is the additional storage room, which each apartment has. Here, opposite the living entrance, there is room for whatever would get in your way in everyday life – such as suitcases, household appliances, or baby carriages. This facilitates the unrestricted use of the entire living space for active life. An optical enlargement of the apartment is achieved by the chic glass front. It runs through the entire exterior walls and opens up the view of the expanse of the beautiful blue Danube River. The ceilings, unusually high for a new building, further enhance this effect. You can completely darken the room at will by means of electronic shalusia, draw the translucent or opaque curtains, or welcome the radiant sun into your home. Since the apartments are located on the 2nd floor, the Danube flows almost at your feet. Only an idyllic water park separates you from the river. Specially designed crossings will take you to delightful walking and cycling paths directly on the waterfront, where you will also find access to the U2 station "Donaumarina". A supermarket, pharmacy, a chic lounge, and a fitness room including a sauna are located directly in the Marina Tower. If you do want to get up high, there is a stylishly landscaped roof terrace that is accessible only to Vienna Residence guests.
