This charming 2 bedroom apartment is located in one of Lisbon’s most trendy neighborhoods (Intendente), between Avenida da Liberdade and Graça. The apartment has all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay and easy access, being just a few steps away from amazing viewpoints, metro stations (Intendente Metro is just 5 minutes away!), cozy coffee shops and restaurants. You will also be a 10-15min walk from the city center and its touristic sights! → Building The apartment is located on the first floor, quickly accessible through narrow stairs → Bedrooms The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and a single bed (convertible into two) → Bathroom The apartment has one bathroom with shower. → Living Room The living room has a flat screen TV with cable connection and a comfortable seating area. → Kitchen The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, microwave and coffee maker (coffee not included). Important Note: The apartment is located in an old building that has a low-capacity electrical system. To ensure that the electrical panel does not trip, we kindly ask you to moderate the number of devices connected at the same time. Additionally, it is recommended not to use all the burners on the stove, on maximum capacity, simultaneously, as this equipment consumes a lot of energy. Additional Information: → The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. → Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. → The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. → Check-in time starts at 15:00 . Only one set of keys will be provided. → We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information. → Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys in the lockbox. → During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. This system performs advanced analysis while ensuring the privacy of our guests, as no cameras are used, and no sound is recorded.
