Each room's rental price includes the services of a professional coliving manager, maintenance fee, weekly cleaning, towels and bed sheets, high-speed internet, and services such as water, electricity, and gas.The apartment's excellent location is in the heart of Barcelona (Eixample) well-connected by major avenues such as Diagonal and Via Augusta, as well as public transport with different bus and rail lines (Provença station) and metro L5 (Hospital Clínic). Residents of Aticco Living can enjoy multiple benefits as part of the Aticco community, including networking events, conferences on subjects of interest for the entrepreneurial ecosystem, weekly Afterworks, and a monthly party.
