During your stay, you will be well-connected to the rest of the city, with several bus lines running through the area. Please note: The quiet hours take place between 11:00 p.m. – 07:00 a.m., and 3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. There is a fee for check-in after 00:00. Other optional costs include a baby high chair and a crib for 20 Euros each. Transfer service and private tours are available upon request. Please keep in mind that electricity costs included in the monthly rent price BUT Guests are liable for any electricity/heating costs above the sum of 50 euros (estimation). For bookings of more than 3 months: the deposit is based on a different agreement.
