Lugano is the Wonder of Ticino overlooking our beautiful Lake Ceresio, a city full of events and beauty to admire. The apartment is a comfortable studio, located in Breganzona, a neighborhood on the north side of the city, with easy access to the highway exit and from which you can also move quietly by public transport to reach the city. Ideal for both romantic stays and business trips. Parking is free under the building. The space The house SLEEPS 4 The apartment is arranged like a quadruple Hotel Suite. • There is a SOFA BED, ideal for two children. When the sofa bed is closed it turns into an L-shaped sofa, with the rotating TV in front of you, equipped with a Smart TV with free NETFLIX; you can also connect YouTube and other apps and you can see the normal national channels. We've chosen this location for the couch area, so if you prefer to relax without technology, you can also read your book with a nice tea or a glass of wine and admire the window. We are on the upper floor, but to access there are only three steps, this makes access also ideal for older people (but not in a wheelchair unfortunately). • The DOUBLE bed is very comfortable, from 5-star hotels, and has very nice pillows in MemoryFoam and sheets that will make you sink into the most beautiful of restful nights. • The KITCHEN is fully equipped, with plates, bowls and plates for four people, glasses, cups, cups, glasses and bowls. We have thought of every little detail, there are the pink gold dishes, the meat knives, the bread knife, the cutting board, the potato peeler and the corkscrew, the bowl, several ladles, pots and pans for cooking. You'll also find a kettle, toaster, microwave, and a Nespresso machine that makes great coffee. There is also a clothesline and you can also iron with the iron that we have provided. Of course, there is no lack of the entire area equipped with all the appliances such as oven, electric stove, fridge with freezer and plenty of storage space and everything you need to cook such as oil, pepper, salt and sugar. • In the DINING AREA there is a raised table with four high stools. If you have a toddler, you can get a high chair for Hauck's solid wood cloth. • Have a closet with clothing hangers and a space to store your clothes. For each adult we provide a soft bathrobe and for children the set of towels. • The terrace is comfortable and spacious and you can use it to have lunch and dinner from spring to fall in peace; it has a table for six so you can also invite friends for a quiet evening together. The tent will allow you to shelter from the sun and rain. This enchantment has been thought out in every detail, with no expense to offer a high level of experience for our guests. The romantic couples' stays will recharge and bring back balance and peace, and when already present, they will solidify it. Families are welcome with their children who can have fun and learn about the city's ancient and modern history. Work travel will also be harmonious and full of energy and focus. Guest access The entire apartment is available, free parking is located under the house. To access the building you have to make a small climb of about 15 meters on foot and three steps. You'll be right at home.
