In other words, you can literally grab your suitcase and move in tomorrow! All of the rooms are already equipped with the essentials like heating, electricity, water and internet. We are located in ‘Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf’, which is one of the greenest areas in all of Berlin.The building is 5 min walking distance away from S Hohenzollerndamm (S41/S42 - Ringbahn, S46) and few minutes away from the Grieser Platz bus stop, bus nr 110. The nearest supermarkets are Edeka and Lidl. There are also plenty of cafes and shops around: Trattoria Il Gusto Italiano Pizzeria, Restaurant Feigen&Oliven, Trattoria Don Carlo, Backstube Zuckersüß, Restaurant Genazvale and more. The building is close to Bürgeramt Hohenzollerndamm, and just few minutes walking distance away from the Stadtbad Wilmersdorf II - Berliner Bäder Pool and the Sommerbad Wilmersdorf. The area is very central, but at the same time very green, so it ́s perfect for walks and outdoor activities. Flexibele annuleringen
Als een huurder binnen 24 uur na de bevestiging annuleert - Volledige restitutie van de eerste maand huur.
Als je annuleert en je intrekdatum:
- meer dan 30 dagen in de toekomst ligt - Volledige restitutie van de eerste maand huur.
- tussen de 30 en 7 dagen in de toekomst ligt - 50% restitutie van de eerste maand huur.
- 7 dagen of minder in de toekomst ligt - Geen restitutie
Hoe boek ik deze woning
Als je een woning hebt gevonden die je leuk vindt, is het vrij eenvoudig om te boeken. Zowel de huurder als de verhuurder moeten dit bevestigen voordat de boeking kan worden voltooid. Het werkt als volgt:
- Selecteer je datums om de beschikbaarheid te controleren.
- Neem contact op met de verhuurder door op de contactknop te klikken.
- Stel jezelf voor aan de verhuurder. Stel eventuele vragen die je hebt.
- Als je geen vragen meer hebt en klaar bent om te boeken verstuur je een boekingsverzoek.
- Als de verhuurder akkoord gaat en de betaling is voltooid, heb je de woning succesvol geboekt.
Een bezichtiging is via HousingAnywhere niet nodig! Want:
- Alle woningen op HousingAnywhere zijn voorzien van foto's en een duidelijke beschrijving. Als iets niet duidelijk is, kun je eenvoudig contact opnemen met de verhuurder.
- Zonder bezichtigingen heeft iedereen evenveel kans, of je nou al in de buurt bent of nog van ver moet komen.
- HousingAnywhere zorgt ervoor dat de woning is zoals geadverteerd, door pas geld naar de verhuurder te sturen nadat je er succesvol bent ingetrokken.
