This cozy home consists of an open space that includes a playful living room, and a fully equipped kitchen, with an elevated dining table that can also be used as the perfect workstation, a built-in bedroom, and a comfortable closet. The apartment has a private spacious bathroom too, freshly renovated, made of bright joyful forged cement for making your experience even more enjoyable. The apartment has all the necessary amenities for an utterly relaxed stay, from its kitchen to a TV, constant internet access, an automatic coffee maker, oven, and a fridge. There is a small balcony where you can chill with a glass of wine! During the warmer days, you can open the windows to feel the beautiful summer breeze filling the apartment as well as your spirit :) Please note that you will need to pay 100 euros charges for the third guest and 150 euros for the fourth guest. The electricity costs are not included in the rental price. Ampelokipoi is a hip neighborhood, consisting of both residential and commercial properties. Thus, every morning, you can meet a plethora of different personalities, from college students and residents to traders and young professionals. Ampelokipoi, an old established neighborhood, in the first half of the 1900s used to have in its premises small vineyards, but this utterly changed with the industrialization of Greece. Now, it has been transformed into a vibrant area full of stylish bars, traditional cafes, and restaurants. Acropolis, the Acropolis museum, Plaka, Monastiraki flea market, as well as Syntagma square, and all the upbeat Athens neighborhoods, are in the immediate vicinity.
