La Dimora di SteSa è una casa affascinante, dal carattere popolare e marinaresco, situata nel cuore del centro storico di Monopoli, al primo piano di una palazzina d’epoca silenziosa e (hidden) trova in Vico Arco Oscuro 8, a pochi passi da botteghe tipiche, ristoranti e dal mare. L'accesso è tramite una rampa di scale: l'appartamento non è servito da ascensore. A soli 500 metri si raggiunge Cala Porta Vecchia, la spiaggia più iconica e fotografata della città. In pochi minuti a piedi si arriva anche al Castello Carlo V, al Porto Antico e alla Cattedrale di Monopoli. La stazione ferroviaria dista circa 15 minuti a piedi, mentre le prime calette attrezzate sono tutte facilmente raggiungibili lungo la costa. L’abitazione, arredata in stile moderno, si sviluppa tutta su un unico livello. L’ingresso apre su una cucina funzionale, dotata di piano cottura, forno e dispensa.Seguono due zone soggiorno: la prima con tavolo da pranzo, sedie, Smart TV e un divano letto alla francese apribile all’occorrenza; la seconda con un divano letto (hidden) fondo all’abitazione si trovano una camera da letto matrimoniale e un bagno con doccia. Tre balconcini completano l’abitazione: uno affacciato sulla Chiesa di Santa Teresa, uno su Vico Arco Oscuro e l’ultimo, con tavolino e due sedie, con vista sull’atrio interno della palazzina. La struttura si trova all’interno della ZTL (zona a traffico limitato) e non è accessibile in auto. Su richiesta, è disponibile un parcheggio privato nelle vicinanze, all’aperto, al costo di 30 euro al giorno. Soggiorna in una dimora autentica, dove il fascino del borgo antico incontra comfort moderni e libertà di movimento. RENTAL CONDITION: Rent includes all utilities based on normal use; if you exceed with the usage of gas and electricity, the extras will be deducted from your deposit. Details will be specified in the rental agreement; Internet, wi-fi, water, building expenses and contract registration costs are included in the rental price; Early termination of the contract: after the minimum required stay of one month, you can terminate the contract earlier and without penalties by informing us 21 days before your expected move-out date; We apply a daily contract on 30 days: we calculate the rent in proportion to the number of days of your stay: e.g. December is calculated on 31 days, February on 28 etc etc...; RENTAL AGREEMENT: As per Italian Law, it is mandatory to apply for a valid Italian Tax Code in order to sign the rental agreement. You can apply for one by contacting your local Consulate, or by going to the Agenzia delle Entrate no later than one-week prior check-in. If you can't get one on time a charge will be applied. The rental agreement must be signed prior check-in. Failure to do so will result in the impossibility to enter the apartment. PAYMENTS: In order to complete the booking the following payments must be completed, at least 2 weeks before the check-in date: - the deposit, that we will give you back at the end of your stay within 30 business days after the check-out date; - one-time initial and final cleaning fee (starting from €175) depending on the size of the flat. - for all apartments located in Rome, the cost of the city tax is required at check-in. Als je klaar bent om te huren, kun je het volgende doen:
