The apartment will be shared with 4 to 5 other roommates. The bills for water, gas, electricity, and heating are included. Washing machine, air conditioning, TV, oven, microwave. Cleaning of the apartment: tenants are required to keep the apartment clean and in good condition. The staff will regularly check that this condition is respected; a cleaning lady will come to clean all the common areas (kitchen, bathroom, corridor, balcony). In case the cleaning lady finds the apartment in a state of excessive dirt and disorder, the extra time will be charged to the tenants: the cost is €15/hour to be divided between each tenant of the apartment. Periodic sanitization: periodically, the common areas, and, on request, the rooms of each tenant will be sanitized with ozone technology. This treatment cleans, disinfects, and deodorizes the environment, eliminates the microorganisms, bacteria, mold, and viruses, and restores an unpolluted environment.
