A very large sunny individual room with a single bed in a shared flat on the second - third floor apartment , comprising hall, bathroom with shower and toilet , second shower ,2 separate toilets, fully equipped kitchen and big furnished living room in common .The room is clean and pleasant, furnished in a practical way and comprise: single bed, mattress, small cupboard, worktable, office chair, comfortable chair , wardrobe , hangings, ceiling luminary, standard lamp, desk lamp , curtains (type Ikea, ...).We provide also forks and spoons, pot and pans and a pillow and a duvet at your arrival . Wireless internet is included in the rent. There’s also a washing machine and dryer at the disposal off the tenants . We 're looking for a new tenant who wants to stay minimum 4 or 10 months or longer.
