Large rooms are rented, in a spacious duplex, located on Calle Brasil, 2 minutes walk from UCAM in Cartagena, in the Barriada Hispanoamérica, a quiet neighborhood, with several green areas, located 15 minutes by bus from the center. On the same corner of the street there is a stop for bus line 5 that connects with the center of Cartagena, and less than 10 minutes walk there is another stop of line 7 that also connects with the center and with other areas of Cartagena. In the same neighborhood we can find several supermarkets a few minutes walk and a Mercadona 10 minutes walk. Two blocks from the house is located the head(hidden) of the Catholic University of Murcia in Cartagena. The house is quite large, it is a large duplex with a basement included, which leaves us 3 floors to use and enjoy. The house consists of an upper floor where the rooms are located and a common-use toilet with a shower, a first floor where there is a large common-use room to eat, watch TV, use as a study room or receive some visits, a small bathroom also for common use and a large kitchen with individual cabinets for each one, a fridge with an individual space for each inhabitant of the house and, among other things, two sinks; Also on the first floor we find a patio where the washing machine, dryer and clothesline are located. Finally we find a giant basement enabled for leisure, with a ping-pong table, an area with sofas and a television, and a table where you can eat and be with visitors. Students are sought, preferably girls to complete the rooms in the house, aged between 18 and 30 years, with a happy and open mentality, with the intention of creating the best convivial environment for the whole year.
