Fitted with a comfy sofa that can be turned into a single sofa-bed, you can relax in the living room after a busy day of exploring the city. The flat also has multiple windows throughout the space, allowing you to enjoy the sunlight and city views from the comfort of your home! The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to whip up a delicious meal. It also includes a washing and dryer machine, dishwasher, and coffee machine. The bedroom contains a comfy double-sized bed with hotel-quality linens and multiple storage spaces. The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience. The flat is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety. Enjoy your stay! Guest access Guests will have the entire place for themselves during their stay. Other things to note Your check will be arranged with a greeter at the property. Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of EUR 20. Check-ins from midnight to 07:00 have a surcharge of EUR 30. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included. Als je klaar bent om te huren, kun je het volgende doen:

- Als de verhuurder je huuraanvraag accepteert, innen we de betaling om je verblijf te bevestigen. Als ze dat niet doen, annuleren we je betaling automatisch.

We houden alle betalingen vast die je via ons platform doet voor je intrek, inclusief de eerste maand huur en een eventuele borg. Na je aankomst heb je 48 uur de tijd om te controleren of de woning is zoals je had verwacht. We sturen je geld alleen naar de verhuurder als alles in orde is.
