If the landlord doesn't receive the Admin fee within 48 hours, the booking will not be confirmed and the landlord is free to cancel it. - tussen de 30 en 7 dagen in de toekomst ligt - 50% restitutie van de eerste maand huur.
- 7 dagen of minder in de toekomst ligt - Geen restitutie

Als je klaar bent om te huren, kun je het volgende doen:
