The access of the building is trough the courtyard of the eclectic concept store High Tech, the apartment consists of a large living area and kitchen, a study corner and relaxation area located on the mezzanine above the living area, double bedroom with large closets, windowed bathroom with comfortable shower, the living room and the bedroom overlook a balcony with view on the beautiful Piazza 25 Aprile. Elegance and charm characterize this warm and cozy apartment, the area is perfect to discover the heart of culture, shopping, fashion and design and is the center of all the events of the Design Week of Milan. Strategic area very well served by shops and public transport: Porta Garibaldi station and the subway M2 green line Moscova stop are located 500 meters, the Repubblica yellow line M3 stop is 800 meters and the Isola district can be reached in just over 10 minutes. Please note: deposit equals to 2-months rent for stays longer than 6 months. Utilities included up to €70 per month. Tourist visa not accepted to sign contract. Valid passport and “codice fiscale” are required for contract registration. If the signatory is a company, the rent will be increased by 30%. The contract can be provided with a leasing period of a max 18 months, then, in case of longer stays, it can be renewed. In case of early termination of (hidden) contract, an additional fee of 100€ is required and a 30 to 60 days early notice, depending on the length of the contract.
